7. Buy A Sticky Mat
A sticky mat is an essential tool for some pose. Initially, there are equilibrium problems, and a sticky mat is proven and helps to prevent problems like sprain and spasm in the muscles.
8. Be Aware Of The Space Around You
Yoga classes can be packed out; you need to be aware of the need to leave enough space between yourself and others so that if you are topless with your tree pose, you do not even knock on your neighbor. Yoga is a lovely part of practice that there is some courtesy to respectful awareness of sharing space with others.
9. Take Care Of Comfortable Clothes
